Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing

Good neighbors make great clients, and Schwob Building Company was pleased to be selected as the builder when Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing relocated to their newly constructed North Texas office building in Farmers Branch, TX, just a few miles from their previous DFW office location (directly across the street from Schwob Building Company.)

The new +/- 28,000 square foot facility has a sleek, modern design created by Alliance Architects. Teaming up with its neighbor once again, Chamberlin completed the roof system, as well as the waterproofing, elastomeric coating, warehouse flooring and all control joint work themselves.
