West 5th Street

Schwob was selected by a Dallas-based developer to build the seven-level self-storage facility on West 5th Street, in Austin’s urban core. With +/- 15,000 urban-core residents within one mile of Sixth Street and Congress Avenue, Austin growing downtown population will no doubt welcome their new seven-level neighbor.

This +/- 90,000 square foot, climate-controlled facility, has two subterranean levels and five levels above grade and specialty areas for users to store lifestyle items like bottles of wine and cigars. Anticipated opening is Summer, 2018.
